Engineered Community Fitness is a comprehensive fitness center for all ages and fitness levels. We offer coach-led classes, one-on-one personal training, and an open gym to help you accomplish your personal fitness goals.
And while fitness is what brings us together by design, it wouldn't be nearly as fun without the members who make up our ECF family! Our members are diverse in every way imaginable. Each day we come together to support and push each other towards our goals. The added bonus? Our members aren't just people we see in the gym, they're our neighbors, friends, and family members. They're our community and before long they're family.
We also know how hard it can be to fit a workout into busy schedules. That's why Engineered Community Fitness offers morning, afternoon, and evening classes and FREE childcare to our members! That's right! So you can bring the whole family!

Meet Our Team

Julie Curtsinger
Gym Owner and Coach
Julie started from the ground up with Fit Time for Women in 1999. Julie's Boot Camp started at East Frankfort Park in 2009 and we moved into our current location at 115 Collision Center in January 2010. she is certified with American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer and CrossFit level one 2013. Passions are teaching spinning, Boot Camp and personal trainings one on one or in small groups. You can find Julie in the gym 6 days a week coaching and teaching spin, Bootcamp, HIITFIT and personal training sessions.

Lindsey Melton
Spin Coach
Lindsey teaches on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:30. This 30 minute class is a low impact exercise that focuses on endurance, strength and recovery while being easy on your joints. While burning calories you are improving not only your core strength but your overall strength.


Katie Crocker
HIITFIT/BARRE Coach
Katie teaches HITTFIT on Monday and Wednesday afternoons at 4:30 and BARRE on Monday, Wednesday and Friday Mornings at 5:30. HIITFIT is a hybrid of functional fitness, designed to be lower impact while delivering substantial fat-burning results. This type of training uses higher reps with lower weights and utilizes a full hour to produce a leaner, faster, stronger you. BARRE focuses on low-impact, high -intensity movements to strengthen your body. The workout is inspired by elements of ballet, yoga and Pilates.
Marti Quire Duvall
Bootcamp Coach
Marti coaches the bootcamp class at 8 am Saturdays. You might also find her coaching an afternoon class 1-2 days a week. Marti has been involved in the fitness world for over 30 years. In college, she was a member of the University of Louisville cheerleading team. She competed in the Ms. Fitness Indiana pageant and was featured in the Ms. Fitness Magazine. She is very encouraging and designs fun workouts!
