Functional Fitness incorporates several different styles of exercises into one workout. A typical class may include elements from Olympic Weightlifting, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Plyometrics, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Calisthenics, Powerlifting, and other programming. Class starts with a group warm up and usually contains a Strength component, a Core component, and a Workout of the Day which could include any mixture of the above elements.
Functional Fitness is great for participants of all fitness levels. Exercises can be modified with the help of an experienced ECF Coach.
